WELCOME TO THE CLINIC - Please read the following prior to booking:
1. APPOINTMENTS: We always have room for New Patients. Please ensure you click your location of choice before proceeding to booking. Please read the appointment descriptions carefully before booking. NOTE: Same-day appointments are only available for established patients and based on acute need, and availability.
2. BOOKING: A credit card is required for booking. Your card will not be charged unless you either cancel late (less than 24 hours) or don’t show. You will be charged cancellation fees (<24 hrs=50% fee; No show=100% fee). By booking an appointment you acknowledge that you are aware of and agree to this policy.
3. CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS: Here at Indigo Integrative Health, we seek to serve patients who are fully committed to their wellness journey. When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent Dr. Gill from accommodating other patients in need. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and/or you have NOT notified Dr. Gill greater than 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost (100%) of the treatment as booked. In keeping with our desire to serve patients committed to their health, patients who cancel or miss appointments greater than 3 times will no longer be allowed to book online and need to speak with Dr. Gill directly before booking further appointments.
When booking online, please ensure you check your confirmation emails to see if you have booked for the correct appointment, time, location and format (in person or video).

She has had extensive training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and in many forms of Acupuncture as well as non-needle or Laser Therapy, and adapts treatment to suit your specific health conditions.

Physical Medicine: Laser Therapy / Laserpuncture

Dr. Olena is a Naturopathic Physician and Reg. Acupuncturist in British Columbia and has been licensed to practice Naturopathic Medicine since 2016, and Acupuncture in 2002. She has had extensive training in Naturopathic and Acupuncture modalities, including laser therapy (aka 'cold' or low level light therapy) with BioFlex, Celluma lasers and auricular (ear) laser treatment.
Laser therapy can be used for a wide range of health conditions and as alternative (non-needle) approach to acupuncture. Some conditions include:

Homeopathic Medicine
Dr. Olena Gill and Indigo Integrative Health welcomes you and your whole family to enjoy a gentle and natural (drug-free) way to achieve optimal health and well-being.
In addition to being a licensed Naturopathic Physician and Registered Acupuncturist in BC, Dr. Olena also holds a Diploma in Homeopathy, and is currently completing her 3 year Clinical Homeopathy training to further add value to her naturopathic practice.
Homeopathy takes a holistic approach to wellness, emphasizing both the physical, as well as the emotional, mental and spiritual states of a patient. Homeopathic programs are personalized, and can treat most health concerns. Homeopathic remedies are inexpensive and are successful at rendering a state of health that allows people to achieve the greatest quality of life.
Homeopathic remedies are highly diluted and as such, Homeopathic medicine does not interact with medications or natural supplements, and can be used in conjunction with all Naturopathic Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Conventional Medicine prescriptions.

Tests and Exams - InHouse
There are a wide variety of tests that a Naturopathic Doctor can order or exams that require an office visit. These are normally discussed and ordered within a consultation. There are a few however that need appointments in order to run, in office. You must be a current patient to book in for these.

Dr. Olena is a Naturopathic Physician in British Columbia and has been licensed to practice Naturopathic Medicine since 2016. She has had extensive training in Naturopathic modalities, including holistic counselling, and is currently undergoing a Masters in Counselling Psychology which eventually lead to Reg. Clinical Counsellor designation (but not yet though! :-)).

She also has had extensive training and practice as a Holistic Health Practitioner and utilized Reiki, Breathwork, and other energy modalities in health and healing since 1994. Dr. Olena has been a Reiki Master Teacher since 1995 and occasionally will teach classes (if persuaded enough).
