WELCOME TO THE CLINIC - Please read the following prior to booking:

1. APPOINTMENTS: We always have room for New Patients. Please ensure you click your location of choice before proceeding to booking. Please read the appointment descriptions carefully before booking. NOTE: Same-day appointments are only available for established patients and based on acute need, and availability.

2. BOOKING: A credit card is required for booking. Your card will not be charged unless you either cancel late (less than 24 hours) or don’t show. You will be charged cancellation fees (<24 hrs=50% fee; No show=100% fee). By booking an appointment you acknowledge that you are aware of and agree to this policy.

3. CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS: Here at Indigo Integrative Health, we seek to serve patients who are fully committed to their wellness journey. When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent Dr. Gill from accommodating other patients in need. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and/or you have NOT notified Dr. Gill greater than 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost (100%) of the treatment as booked. In keeping with our desire to serve patients committed to their health, patients who cancel or miss appointments greater than 3 times will no longer be allowed to book online and need to speak with Dr. Gill directly before booking further appointments.

When booking online, please ensure you check your confirmation emails to see if you have booked for the correct appointment, time, location and format (in person or video).
